As you all should already know, WPO started centered around Guild Wars and RuneScape. Over the past few months, we have beefed our services for the RuneScape base of users on this site. It's actually kind of inflated at the moment. In light of that, I have taken it upon myself to cater more to Guild Wars players by starting to beef up the content and features for that game.

As of recently, I had updated the articles system to allow for use of sub-categories. I have recently tweaked it again, to allow sub-categories of sub-categories, if that makes sense. It's now possible to go up to 3 levels deep. This allows for premium organization of all the content that will be filling up the Articles section soon.

I have now finished creating the necessary general categories for Guild Wars articles, builds, quests, etc. As a result, I wanted an easy way to post builds to the builds category where you could gather all the necessary information to actually use it, easily. So I added a mod that enabled Guild Wars bbCode, which can be used in only forum posts and articles. This will display a build in a readable format for you to download and preview skills, things like that.

Again, as a result of that update, there needed to be an easy way to generate the bbCode that displays the build. So I added a build generator made for that bbCode system. You can find it now on the navigation under Guild Wars, Build Generator. You would load your build there (from Guild Wars itself) or create it using the system, and then previewing would give you the bbCode which you can post on the site for other users to use.

So that's kinda nifty, yes, I know! But the real reason I did this is for the builds category of the Guild Wars article section, so that they can be used there with ease. Normal users also have the option of using the bbCode in the forums as well to help other users and get help with their own builds, so expect forum support to grow as well.

Over the next few weeks I will be continuously adding various articles and content for Guild Wars, builds and quest guides and things of that nature to get things rolling.

Please do not hesitate to submit your own content for use on the site!
